My Comment Policy

At this stage, on this website, I’m writing about my Masters and PhD research, and any related experiences in my consulting work. That means I'm mostly discussing heterosexual men who perpetrate emotional abuse and control against their female partners. And I'm discussing heterosexual women who have been victimised by these same behaviours.

MEN VICTIMS vs WOMEN VICTIMS?
Emotional abuse and power and control are vast problems that permeate society and affect both men and women in various ways. I wish I could address every aspect of power and control for everyone and change the world.

Please note that whilst I have not yet researched female perpetrators, nor male victims, I’ve known many women perpetrators. I constantly work with the problem in my counselling practice. In due course I will write about female perpetrators and male victims – but meanwhile I will not be accepting any comments pointing out that this website is biased in this regard.
